Note: We have only had 1 very modest price increase EVER, even though our costs have risen many times over the years. So, we are committed to providing great prices and the best value in the industry.

AVERAGE TURNAROUND TIME

2-4 weeks, depending on current demand and model ordered.

We are sometimes able to expedite shipments to 1-2 weeks with a $150 surcharge per tub.

SHIPPING

If ordering more than one tub or if outside the contiguous U.S., please contact us for a shipping quote.

Sometimes shipping to particular zip codes is more than indicated on the website. If that happens, we will notify you regarding the extra amount due before processing your order. Canadian customers are responsible for any border customs or broker fees.

All deliveries include free Liftgate Delivery, and residential customers get the same shipping rate as businesses! Call-Before-Delivery is also included at no charge. Inside delivery is available for $100 upon request.

We email customers when tubs ship, providing tracking and expected delivery date information. There may be a redelivery charge if no one is at the delivery address to accept shipment.

RETURNS AND CANCELLED ORDERS

Tubs damaged during shipment SHOULD NOT BE ACCEPTED (signed for), and should be left with the carrier for return.

Returns of merchandise other than defective will incur a 15% restocking fee (if another manufacturer’s product, whatever their restock fee is). This fee will also apply in the event a purchase is made for pickup at a trade show or other location that is not taken by customer as agreed upon.

Cancelled tub orders will normally incur a 10% charge. For custom configurations that are already completed or under construction, full payment (minus shipping) is required.
