Discounts Available:

3% discount - We pass on the lower cost of check (online e-check excluded), money order, and wire transfer payments to customers. This discount also applies to anything else purchased in addition to tubs.

3% discount - On 5 or more tubs.

Average Turnaround Time:

4-6 weeks, depending on model and current demand. This can sometimes be reduced to 2-weeks rush with $100 surcharge per tub.

Shipping:

If ordering more than one tub or if outside the contiguous U.S., please contact us for a shipping quote.

All deliveries now include free lift-gate delivery upon request, and residential customers get the same shipping rate as businesses! Call-before-delivery is also included at no charge. Inside delivery is available for $77 upon request.

We email customers when tubs ship, providing tracking and expected delivery date information. There may be a redelivery charge if no one is at the delivery address to accept shipment.

Returns:

Inspect tubs on delivery.  Tubs damaged during shipment SHOULD NOT BE ACCEPTED (signed for), and should be left with the carrier for return.

Returns of merchandise other than defective will incur a 15% restocking fee.
